Ohh yeah, I'd definitely pay more to speed up the process.

So I got my letter today stating why I was denied and I guess my RFE (sent to my lawyer) said I needed a court disposition which he failed to tell me and I have NEVERRRRR been arrested, I even sent them my clean record from the polic department in my initial packet. The letter says I may not appeal or motion to reopen/reconsider this "decision". So USCIS made an error by saying I have been arrested and the lawyer fucked up by not telling me. I am a dreamer and this is chicken shit. I have been in this country since I was brought here at the age of 6months old. I'm an American by my fucking standard, I need help guys I can't confide in lawyers, I did once and now I'm in a shit hole with a shit rope as an escape route and I'm drowning broooo

Damn, tough hit. I would file charges against your attorney for negligence or threaten to report him to the B.A.R. He will eventually reimburse you or refile without a fee.

The worst part is that he's my moms boss' close friend. He will refund me and fix his mistake, he could of possibly just ruined my life/career if he doesn't fix this. I wouldn't wish this feeling upon my enemy. There's people in far worst situations than me and I'm blessed to have lived the way I do now but i feel like a dead horse that keeps getting beat on
