Technically all you need is a DL/State ID but you might come in contact with a TSA officer who might be an asshole and ask or suspect your legal status they're not suppose to check immigration status but some feel like doing so.

also many CBP Officers roam freely around airports and sometimes they do pull people out randomly (most likely racial profiling) and ask for their legal status.

ultimately its up to you what risk you want to take.
