Yeah, the lady is getting a GreenCard from what I know. Damn it, I wish they gave them away to people like me for helping lol.

Lol,that is typical for any application that USCIS receives,not to mention A-files.

As for U-visas,the Government is giving them out.If the application is lost by the Government the only thing that can be done is to refile.
