If you entered the US legally, with inspection, just marry your boyfriend and get a green card and fly to Hawaii in a few months.

my bad off topic in a way.. with a up to date passport you can fly in the u.s.a and not have papers ( be illegal ) ? j/w

My passport was expired so i went to renew it yesterday in the haitian consula in NYC because i needed some type of valid I.D . They did approve it but i am still worried because i don't know if the haitian consula can report me also to the immigration . How did that turn out when you went to renew your passeport , did they give you the new passeport back with any trouble . BY the way i also think that you should probably ask your BF to marry you .

i remember the first time i went to renew it in boston, i went with my mom and little sister.the lady asked me for my green card. i told her i left it at home but i did bring school id and my expired work authorization card.i dont know why she didnt ask my mom.then a week later i went in and got it.there was no problem whatsoever but i did noticed that haiti changed their passport. my mom said i could use that to fly out to hawaii but im scared and i dont want to risk it so im getting an id from the navy.hahah my mom used to bug me all the time, telling me i have to ask him to marry him. she would get angry at me when i tell her i never wanted to get married.he proposed a month ago, at first i kept telling him no but i finally said yes because i want to spend the rest of my life with him.were getting married on the 12 and moving to hawaii on the 16. im so happy and excited. im the luckiest girl on earth. and the navy lawyers said they would do my paperworks for me for free.im going to pray and ask god for help and staying positive

I hope that if you get married things can work out between you two . Hopefully when he fills for you , things can come out all right . I am sure things will be ok as long you have a clean background , you also came here in a visa meaning that you had the inspection of a US officer and if he can also support you that will be a plus . My brother got married last year , it did not take him long before he receive his green card , i am thinking it was less than 6 months . I guess i am the only left in the dark lol ...but God is great . What part of Haiti are u from by the way ?
