Hi I am kinda in the same situation your are and I cant find any answers anywhere !! Hopefully some one can help me here !Ok...My uncle petitioned for my mom in 1996 using I-130 our priority date is current . finally after 18 yrs ! when I was 3 , I am in that petiton, I am now 21 going on 22 . I was told I am not covered any more I am still unmarried and living at home with my parents I ve asked many people well tried , all want money to answer my question unfortuntly I can't really pay 50 60 dollars everytime I did once i went to catholic charities and these are the answers they gave me . Have a queston I was hoping someone can help me , I was hoping to be covered by the child protection act ,she says I'm not "we were approved to fast nd that I might be protected by I 245 but if I'm not I will be deported " I have no criminal record nothing ! I'm trying not to loose hope after waiting 18 long years ! Please help ! This is killing me !

priority date ;march 4 , 1996
reciept date ;march 4 1996
notice date; june 11 1996

PLEASE HELP !!!
You will be able to apply this October* and adjust status within the country if your entrance to the country was legal (overstay). Here is the priority date website for September.

*October is an approximate seeing the patterns over the last couple of months.
