so does mean that the undocumented could be drafted in war then?
Or do we get drafted to army( in case very serious war outbreaks ) AFTER we get green card? Meaning we just register but we will never get drafted because we are not citizens yet?
One more question. In case we get drafted into war while we are undocumented, would we be eligible for PR or citizenship?
