you can add Tulane to the list. The presidential scholarship is given to students regardless of there status. Ofcourse, you have to have the stats to get it.

You can also list any of public Texas universities.
Texas gives state grants for those that graduate from Texas high school with recommended plan and shows the need for financial aid.

Well, most colleges require you fill out the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE Application. You can find this on the collegeboard website. To qualify, you just need to show that you are low-income on the PROFILE which is basically like the FAFSA but more in-depth. However always make sure to check out their website under FIN-AID for Internationals as they sometimes have specific instructions.
What if my college doesn't use the CSS/Financial Aid Profile? I just checked the list of colleges that will utilize this on collegeboard and my college (Hofstra) isn't listed. I am starting to regret not paying attention and working towards at least trying to get financial aid but would definitely like to get it for my last semester.

You can add Harvard to the list, and mark it full.

Hey, i need some help regarding the filling out of the CSS Profile. I'm planning on applying to Dartmouth, Cornell, Pomona, Georgetown, and some other privates that offer full aid.

In the first page of the CSS Application, do i mark "Domestic" or "Other International"?

Hello everyone. I have a few questions about in state tuition. Since 2009 Wisconsion offers it to undocumented students and I just found out about it. I found this on the technical college's website that I attend:
TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE FINANCIAL AID, A STUDENT MUST MEET ONE OF THE
FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:
• A U.S. Citizen: The term “U.S. citizen” includes citizens of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the
U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Could someone clarify it then ? or they maybe just dont update their information?
Also on their website it says that to obtain federal aid I would have to fill out FAFSA form. ( but since fafsa is federal is it the same form if i want to get in state tuition?)
I went through the FAFSA application form to check it out, and Im not sure of few questions. I dont have SSN nor ITIN. My parents dont live in the states so none of us fill out the tax papers. Is it still possible to obtain in state tuition in this situation? How do I answer to questions about income then ?

I will be very helpful for any provided help.

Remove Cornell from the list. They are need-blind but they don't guarantee financial aid for Mexican/Canadian internationals. I was admitted as a transfer applicant for the Fall 2011 semester, but was denied aid. In fact, this year no international transfer was given aid.

EDITED:

Just to explain the reason: MIT does eliminate tuition for low-income families. Just like Cornell, they don't care where you from (except for International applicants, meaning from foreign lands)
Can I ask you how you applied at MIT? I read somewhere that undocumented students could not apply there.
