Can you guys sleep well at nights ? - Page 2

its not so much falling asleep cause eventually i do but every thought i have going through my head as i fall asleep is about my status, and the destruction of human lives around the world because of capitalism (its why all of us are undocumented), and every thought i have /semi dream but w/ no images is about the same thing , dreams like of me telling someone to get involved, or dreams that im participaing in a protest. supper annoying! but just smoke some weed before youfall asleep and you should be good.

If they do that, my Mom has said we're moving back to NY. But, let's pray that CIR/DA passes before that happens.

I tend to worry too much as it is already, and sometimes if I'm not careful, I'll let the situation get to me so badly that I won't sleep for days at a time. And it doesn't really help that I'm not able to go to school right now. I'll try to study for the LSAT to keep myself busy, but some days it's really hard to find the motivation to do even that.

Feeling horny can prevent you from falling asleep

Between GERD (Acid reflux) which requires me to elevate my head; Constant fear that my sick old father will call me in the middle of the night because he has an issue with his oxygen machine and I have to rush there; all the hopelessness I feel at the moment with a lack of immigration reform; and the general mood of the world, it's a wonder I get any sleep...but I still get my 6-7 hours.

I can only sleep well when I am so physically exhausted that I don’t have time to think aka worry and stress about everything in my life ��

lol I was being a overly dramatic but all of those are true. A few weeks ago I decided to stay up late to watch some stuff and just as I fell asleep I got a call from my dad gasping for air because his oxygen concentrator had crapped out while he was asleep and the portable backup unit which isn't constant flow was too slow to bring his levels back up so I had to rush there, get his backup tank and put the mask on him and calm him down and call the oxygen company's emergency line to come replace the machine....long night! It all worked out but since then as soon as I fall asleep I am on alert waiting for my phone to ring.

In a weird way though dealing with his issues has taken my mind off my own issues.
