No. You can get an eb-5 visa with that money but you can't adjust your status with it.

(I've actually checked, lol.)

No, I'm sure that if you are a millionaire, you can easily buy a GC.

Well, an immigration judge is going to see that you overstayed and got a 10 year ban and I don't see how much effect a great lawyer can have. Way I see it, there is no path to legalization and having a million dollars doesn't change that. Maybe you can use it to help plead asylum if you come from a violent country, but other than that, how would you even apply?

Dude, Money = Power. I'm sure that you can bribe the heck out of anyone. Rich people rule the world after all. (unfortunately)

Guys ,

1 Million is nothing nowadays.
In my area 800K will get you a 2 bedroom house. (I live in LA). And this is basically a middle class neighborhood.

Instead of trying to spend that money as fast as possible, I would just live a comfortable life using that money for the next 10 to 15years.

Spending a maximum of $100K per year you could live of that money for 10 years. Most people don't make anything close to 100K per year so you would still live a life of luxury. I would probably cap my spending at 70K/year.

Does bribing even happen in the US? I'm pretty sure it happens in the third world countries all the time.

You can't even retire on one million anymore. Boo...

That being said, if I find a million dollars, I would try to be the same person I always was. Money comes and goes, but it doesn't change your goals in life.
