As far as I know, there is no such thing. If one were to be detained, go to court, and get a final order of removal, one would need to apply for deferred action, which is a one year stay of deportation in which one would get a social for work purposes only. However, it is very hard to get deferred action. Some of our featured Dreamers who have been detained have gotten them thanks to massive campaigns to save them from deportation.

Deferred action lasts for a year and then the person would need to apply it again. There is no guarantee it will be granted, though.

Like I said, you would need to renew it with ICE. I am not sure what one does, exactly.
