Bah, misleading title. For a second I though reid decided not to add it as an amendment to the Defence bill.

I hope Tuesday comes fast

The Defense Authorization Bill has to pass, it does every fiscal year. The votes will decide if DREAM is attached or not to the DAB, but the DAB will pass with or without DREAM attached to it, and yes very misleading title, it would be a different story if DREAM was to be voted on as a standalone.

so to be added as an amendment it needs wut 51 votes? or still 60?
