Maybe you shouldn't joke about that.

Thats pretty jacked up. I get anxiety problems too and thought about being "an hero." Not as much though. My girlfriend is very supportive and I love talking to her. Just try to keep yourself busy with things to do like schoolwork or playing sports with friends. We just have to suck it up and not get caught until dream passes.

Hm, get a script for Xanax. That's what I take in anxiety provoking situations.

When I was still in school, I saw a psychologist and psychiatrist regularly during my senior year. While I knew that my ongoing depression throughout my life was based on my status, I never chose to reveal it to my doctors. In my case, I had several other things going on in my life that I didn't have to reveal this part of it in order to get my points across in my sessions.

The hardest thing is accepting the current reality, and despite it holding you back, reminding yourself that sometimes things have to be broken so that one day they'll be fixed. All cliches aside, it's a long road, and not many, if any, people you may personally know can feel what you are feeling. It's a long road, but if you can continue on, you may inspire someone else to do so as well.
