Once dream act passes, you'll become conditional green card holder, thus qualify for in-state tuition immediately
I'm sorry, can you explain this to me, I live in Florida, does that mean I would be eligible for in-state tuition or is it still depending on the state?

After Dream Act passes, your status will be resident, therefore you will qualify for in-state tuition in Florida but any other undocumented immigrants who's not qualified for Dream Act will pay out-of-tuition.

Oh I see, thanks for answering. Actually my brother recently got married and adjusted his status, but when he tried to apply for in-state tuition, they wanted to know if he had been living in FL for this past year and told him to give 2 proofs of Florida residency (Such as pay stubs, DL, Voter's card, etc..)

Does anybody know about this?

wow Democrats actually listened to the opposition and made the changes accordingly, it looks like we still got a shot, my opinion of Democrats shall be updated from "Stupid Retarded idiotic motherf*****" to just "stupid". I will undo these changes if they do something extremely stupid in the next few days that fucks up our chances. My opinion of Republicans remains the same "retarded insecure racist xenophobic bastards self centered assholes"

Tell that to someone who turned 30 in 5 months ago, who's been waiting on "Dream Act since it's inception.
