I believe you are right. I believe they have still 180 days to implement it as in the other bills - if I am interpreting it right.

This is what is in the bill:

(e) Regulations.--
(1) INITIAL PUBLICATION.--Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall publish regulations implementing this section.
(2) INTERIM REGULATIONS.--Notwithstanding section 553 of title 5, United States Code, the regulations required by paragraph (1) shall be effective, on an interim basis, immediately upon publication but may be subject to change and revision after public notice and opportunity for a period of public comment.
(3) FINAL REGULATIONS.--Within a reasonable time after publication of the interim regulations in accordance with paragraph (1), the Secretary of Homeland Security shall publish final regulations implementing this section.
(f) Removal of Alien.--The Secretary of Homeland Security may not remove any alien who--
(1) has a pending application for conditional nonimmigrant status under this Act; and
(2) establishes prima facie eligibility for cancellation of removal and conditional nonimmigrant status under subsection (a).

3rd Renewal: 5/16/2018

Aha, so the change would have been from 180 days to a full year for them to "publish the regulations." Makes sense in that context.

Regarding the other changes I still feel that we should wait for the final version of the bill to see whats in it in black and white.

Abaddon, with your permission I'll forward your below periodical to Gaby Pacheco, for assistance, let me know, my idea is to publish this, and start calling Senator's to introduce a private bill, my phone-calls alone will not be enough, but if all dreamers call, which am sure all whom are reading in copy will, then we have a much better case.

It's truly saddening to hear people's life's halting in attempt to better themselves. Reading your frightening experience made me wonder how I would have reacted. Truth is, it would have played out the exact same way. Things happen for a reason and those who do good get rewarded. I hope good comes out of this. You've been a great help and a great friend to us all, thank you for your lobbying on behalf of us all.
