How many misdemeanors did you get? Don't 3 disqualify you from the DREAM Act?

Isn't that way too many misdemeanors to qualify for the DREAM Act?

EDIT: I just read the bill and it says that you had to also have been in jail for 90 days.

Get married I did and just use dreamact. As a backup incase u and her come across problems my situation my father got his green card after 24 yrs and I'm 24 yrs been her 11 yrs I definately wasn't gona wait 6+ yrs on him and I was sceptial bout the dream act who knows republicans are filibusting everything in sight till next year new congress so I did marry my PR gf been waiting a life time for my life to be in my hands so I did it and am currently in process and gonna file under 245i so if u getting the chance to do it goahead!TAKE IT

This is driving me insane. For heavens sakes why one earth do you think most DREAM ers would be trying so hard to get DREAM Act passed if they could "just get married" and/or "just join the army"

arrrghghghghghghghghghhhghhhhhhhh !!!!

It is like Sessions or Vitter is just pouring goo into your brains.

I believe we can NOT join the army to adjust our status.

Otherwise why DA has two years of school or two years of military?

And I would have signed up for it if it is true RIGHT NOW but I know it is not true.
