wouldn't they have a problem with like 12 million people moving there though? lol

Why are you so sure it is 12 milion? Some estimate it's less than 10...

I'm not really sure, Ive even heard even 20 million at one point who really knows...But I was just thinking that it might get crazy if it passes. I foresee a lot of people packing up and moving to utah if it passes, lol

12 Million was said in 2006 and now five years later, its probably more. I have heard 20 million.

Then that that mean they would have to live there until CIR passes to the Federal level?

Utah is trying to prevent this by making it so the ability to work only applies to immigrants who have lived there for a specific amount of time ( 18 months I think ?) Or who have a job already lined up.
Also, there are some states who WANT more people (probably not 12 million )
