Candor and Boehner the ones in control they can make sure that no immigration bills are ever voted on period. If they don't let the bill get written and voted on by the house members then it can never be passed up to the Senate. Largest obstacle to immigration reform there is. I like boehner better than Candor he is the worst of the lot. Boehner today was finding funding for under privilege kids in DC to go to private schools with vouchers.
