Yeah, whether we like it or not, Obama will probably be the lesser of two evils.

The way I see it, we are screwed either way. Democrats too scared to fully push in our favor and Republicans just hate us too much. Under Democrats, we'll probably get the same old promises and nothing done. Under Republicans, we'll get the middle finger and a deportation order.

Do you want to know what really caused this mess?

The USCIS appointee that he put in drafted a memo that stated ways to get around Immigration Reform if it isn't passed. It came up with all of these ideas that Gutierrez brought up. However, someone at the department obviously didn't like the idea, and made it public. The Republicans jumped all over it like a piece of fresh meat, saying he was preparing for a "top secret covert amnesty".

I don't think that you guys realize that he not only has to worry about winning latino voters, but has to retain the white voters he got in 2008 as well....

Some people are missing the point... by voting for Obama without him doing anything you're saying that's perfectly fine, keep doing nothing! So he won't, and neither will the next guy. But muster up the willpower to say no and watch people take note. 'Hmm he might've won if he got the Latino vote...' Otherwise it makes no difference, Obama or a republican. That's my 2 cents anyway

Well based on their CNN debate, they sure don't want us here.

You know, when they become president, they have this power called executive order.

Any one want to guess what they are going to probably use that power for ( regarding to us)?

Oh another thing. By some very low chance( at least what i think it is) if both senate and house comes under the control of the republicans and some very harsh laws get passed against us, i wonder how would a republican president react?

Would they Veto the bill or sign in it into the law?
Sorry if I offend you in any way, you know I didn't mean it.

As much as I hate his track record (I mean I absolutely hate it), a second-term Obama is better than a first-term Republican.
