So that's how they work? We're you being sarcastic? If the officer really wanted to I guess he/she could do that??

My record is as clean as it can get. I've been "off the radar" my whole life.
I'm just still skeptical it's going to be easy as go in and come out with a SSN.

Btw, that man's website looks like a 12 year old made it, someone who played too much dungeon and dragons. Not to say he's bullshit, but come on.

Wait a sec, why is it NOT EO? Every other news source says it is. Why is this source more credible than everything else?

Questions like "what if the application fail through, what happens next?" these info r not clear yet. Let's wait and see, even the memo says they haven't figure everything out, that's why we have to wait 60 days from now!
its not what he is saying... its a matter of what has happened already. Everyone is in agreement that this is not a mandate or executive order its just a policy change. And what he posted there on his blog is a reminder that last time there was a Policy Change ICE officers didnt comply and people got screwed. The way they are assholes and the way they are retaliating against this measure only implies that this will turn out just the way this dude is saying.

So in plain words: if are eligible, it's not likely we will get the work permit? Am I correct?

Are you people seriously gullible to believe this negativity. There was a huge news conference and Obama spoke in public over this. The news was widely publicized and in front page of newspaper publications. This is the most widely spoken news in the past 24hrs and you're telling me Obama did not think this through. Suddenly they will start deporting millions of DA eligible applicants on election year?

1.5% approval rate? Where the hell did they come up with that sh*t? Tell me. Have they suddenly started receiving and reviewing applications the minute after the announcement was made public and started sending deportations order to 98.5% of the applicants mailed on the same day and received by the recipient the same day? Fcking scare tactics like these makes my blood boil.

Its just an analysis by an immigration lawyer take it for whatever its worth.
Whoever is gonna apply should get a good lawyer and be well informed before they make any decisions thats all.

Ha, that's funny. Who's going to pay for the lawyer?

How do they expect us to pay for fees and whatnot.
How will we be able to rent an apartment or buy a car if we dont have a credit score?

I second this. You guys need to chill out. If you're too scared than simply don't apply for anything.
