i called at midnight and got a message about the procedure to follow today morning. I called today, and I got nothing (no message about the memo or anything).

Beginning June 18, individuals may call the USCIS hotline at 1-800-375-5283, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with questions or to request more information on the new process. The hotline offers assistance in English and Spanish.

ok, i got through, they're useless....I doubt well get much out of them. Basically they can't answer any case-specific questions; or really anything concerning clarification of what's online. It boils down to: give us 60 days to figure it out and in the mean time go to our webpage.

They'll probably start having more info between now and 2 months.

I got someone in spanish...I got a little tongue-tied....

In my experience, USCIS customer service agents are not the brightest people. I had one tell me that I would be covered under CSPA via my mother's application and another one told me she didn't know what that was and I was quite possibly making it up.

you guys reckon the ppl we are speaking to at the moment are the ones we are supposed to be speaking to? IOW, maybe there's a group more qualified we're not getting through to?

Did you guys give them the old "Do you know who I am?!?" line?
