I'm frankly tired of these redundant 'what if?' 'will you?' and 'who will?' threads about DACA. This is an amazing opportunity that we're being given, and instead of being a little patient and taking advantage of this opportunity, there's always someone starting a thread once in a while that scares some forum members. If you want to wait before applying, that's your personal decision, but please enough of these ridiculous speculations!

The only reason you wouldn't apply is cuz u obviously wont qualify.if u don't apply and wait until after the elections ur a numb nut......just saying. I went to a DACA question forum and I heard lots of idiot parents saying they will not let their kids apply unless its the DA.....this was my face -__-

This. If Romney wins and overturns this then so be it. At that point we know that we have to move on. It shouldn't matter what your situation is here. I honestly don't see the point of applying after the elections.

You really think Romney is going to sign a dream act bill after overturning Deferred Action?

Assuming you qualify for this, its pretty dumb to wait until after the elections. That's ok though.... the more people "fear", the less congested it will be for those of us who will be submitting the application as soon as we get the details. Go ahead though... wait till after the elections, lol.

If it's a financial reason, then I can understand holding off. But, you would be surprised how many parents are going to hold their kids back because they don't want something bad to happen (i.e. Romney being elected or just out of fear of deportation later).
