I'm also confuse on question 16. Not nowhere in the instructions did it instruct to put " unlawful statusACA" ... Let me get my charger...

I put Unlawful Status: DACA

Some are just putting Unlawful Status and I think that's just fine too.

My thought on putting DACA is that, you don't qualify for the I-765 EAD unless you have already qualified for I-821D. In other words, why would they even bother looking at your I-765 EAD unless you've already been approved for I-821D? You're not going to get a EAD unless you've qualified for the I-821D DACA.

I plan on putting in "No lawful status, DACA applicant"

Still need to wait for my fucking high school's lazy staff to get back from vacation so I can get my transcript ...
