Romeney, I sent my packet to Chicago the same day as you did, and was received the same day as yours, the 20th, but I have not received notification yet.
I'm worried because I did not put all the documents in an envelope. I just put everything in the Express mail Envelope. In addition, after I sent it, couple thoughts came to my mind regarding the I-821 D Part 2. Arrival/Residence information. Should I have included the apartment where I lived throughout this summer? I'm a college student and I had an unpaid internship. And for the last three years I've been living in the college dorms. Should I also have included those addresses in the form? As a Present Address I entered my parents' home address since I depend totally from them, and my DL has that address.
