I have called the court system , when I enter my alien number it says that my number is not in the immigration system

Then the answer is obvious. Do the application yourself and leave the numbers blank. If they find out that you had an alien # and send a request for info, tell them the whole story.

the same happen to me i am from El Salvador i came here 2004 when i was 14 years old and my sis was 12 they took me fingerprints becuase they dint believe me that i was 14 yeara old.
they give me a permit for 30 days too after that i was suppose to show up on court but i never did. later with my lawyer i found out that i have a order of deportacion. i send a copy of the paper that i got when i got here and also i did include the alien number lets see what happen later on

If they took your finger prints they're gonna pop out somewhere and is exactly what s biometric check will look for
