I get what you're saying but some peeps have been approved in 4 days from the bio, stuff like that might make people, including my self, worry. On top of the fact that we are the only center that doesn't have any approvals.

I just read something fairly interesting on the USCIS site when i checked my case. It basically explained what was going on during the "initial review" phase. It says...

"We try to schedule biometric appointments as quickly as possible and in most cases you will receive your appointment notice within 30 days of submitting your application."

This i found interesting, because even though they received my application on the 24th and it was routed to Texas on the 29th. I did not receive my biometric appointment until 9/14. Now that's not important, but they said they try to make the appointment ASAP, yet they game me an October 1st appointment. There are several other members who received their appointment letter on the same date as me who got a 9/20th appointment.

If they are trying to get the fingerprints ASAP, it doesn't make sense for them to delay mine like they did. This brings me to the conclusion that Texas may have a SHITLOAD of applications.

Dont know how relevant any of what i just said is, but it's at least something to think about.

You see thats the thing, if they did have so many apps, you would think there would be at least one person approved, granted not everyone that applied know about this site but still. Maybe they plan to send out approvals in batches or something

Those early approvals gave me hope of a fast moving line. I bet those were just for show.

I give them 3 or 4 more weeks.

It's just a guess based on the earliest number I found for for i821D. My number minus that number = 2442. Everyone got 2 numbers so I divided by two.

My number could be way off. There could be a bunch more I821d apps that I missed.

I saw we shouldn't give up. I have a theory but I'll wait and see if it's true. I don't wanna jinx anything. Just keep in mind.. A week ago Cali had no approvals either. L0.0K at them now.. Nuffsaid. And besides tx was the last to start accepting applications.. And Cali also happened to be the 2nd last.. Where on the other hand Nebraska was the first to start accepting and also the one to approve the first batch.. So let's not lose hope..
