When developing a resume for the financial industry, focus on skills, areas of expertise, accomplishments, achievements, and certifications. You have to tailor your resume so that it conveys how you can benefit the firms you will be submitting your resume to.

Firms absolutely know that you won't have experience coming out of college. Internships help a tremendous amount, but not everyone has the opportunity to have an internship.
