Talked to USCIS Rep today - Page 2

My service center is Nebraska, did my bio on September 18. I called the main USCIS number, and we don't contact the SC, they will for us after 75 days.

The filing date is what is listed on your I-797.

Renewal #2 - 9/2016.
Renewal #3 - Pending.

I'm in the same situation waiting i did the biometrics sep 21, 2012 and still it only shows Initial Review

Is the UCIS site even displaying accurate information on the cases?
