Legal alien-- someone who is here with a student visa, or tourist visa, anyone with a valid visa. we do not have visas.
PR-- someone who has a GC
citizen-- born here or naturalized

we are not "legal", don't use that word to describe DACA... we are still illegal but not accruing any illegal points, we're basically in valid limbo. anyways, point blank, we are still illegal, we have no legal status.

No we are not legal or illegal aliens. We are still undocumented just with a work permit.
