I pretty much didn't show proof of 2009 and 2010. I havent heard anything yet. I did my biometrics on the 28th. Hopefully I dont get RFE.

They actually never sent me an envelope with the RFE, just the blue papers. I sent a 25 page package in a manilla envelope. send in what they ask for and you will be approved in no time! good luck!

If you have a gap just send in affidavits and pray for the best man, they did say that you can use them as a supplement just not to prove ALL 5 years.

I mean I have check stubs but I do think that I did put one from 2010. What I'm relying on is all my tickets from the police between 2009 and 2010. I think the FBI should send them to USCIS right?

Why do you think USCIS are not sending rejected letters??
Because clearly is that if you don't have what they're asking you to send you're simple disqualified that's it, Game Over.

I did. For 2010 but I don't remember for 2009. If they look at my driving record, they should have more than plenty for those two years.
