Way back when I was applying for college, I knew that I couldn't afford $200,000 and I won't get any scholarship/government assistance/loan so I only applied to state school

I could have transferred to NYU if I had the $. My GPA before starting my 2nd sem was 3.89 (possibly Columbia? that's debatable)

one thing that most dreamers have in common is their brightness.

Yale and Columbia offer full scholarships. Don't they? Btw, it is very impressive that you got an invitation.

Yeah Senior year was so depressing knowing I couldn't afford a University. I got into Scranton and Fairleigh Dickinson University. I got 15,000 per semester for FDU but still very expensive. I currently attend community college. I'm in my 3rd semester. I hope I can go transfer to a 4yr University. I like this thread because we can help each other if we find maybe scholarships, or some sort of help.

Has anyone found any scholarships or aid that we qualify for?

Some Scholarships are simple to get....basically they only ask you for small essays and you are good to go (no ssn#, fafsa, don't have to be us citizen or PR). If you win, they give you a check which you can take to your school.

check out college prowler.com and college board.com to get matched to scholarships which you can enter. Good luck!

Unless youre going to grad school at baruch @ zicklin, i would advise you to look at better opportunities outside of cuny.
Question, wait why only "Baruch" for graduate school? I went through the CUNY system (for undergrad), and know that they have some great graduate programs( just depends on your field of interest).

Got in to the University of Texas-Austin twice, but I couldn't go because I wasn't able to apply for a loan. And I couldn't get a co-signer.
So I'm going to UH right now, and although it's considered a good school, I hate that I'm not going to UT.
