I had a similar experience. I tried a walk-in but the guard said they do not allow them. I was sent home, and I waited until my actual appointment.

Its the luck of the draw, some offices allow them and some do not.

I haven't gotten my appointment letter yet, but I think I'll wait until the date I'm assigned. It's not really worth the risk to me, since my ASC is so far away and I don't have a car, so I'd need to ask for a ride.

Woah.. don't even try to do walk-in if you haven't even received your apppintment

letter yet

Even walk-in, they need to see your appointment letter and scan them in order to

process..
