Basically this Immigration attorney says that you're only ineligible if you were tried as an adult. I know this is law pertaining to visa, adjustment of status, and naturalization (and DACA is none of those), but the same principles should apply.

Well i turn 18 in April so it was almost 3 years ago and since then i haven't had any trouble whatsoever with the law

try to get an expungement? then apply...but definitely consult an attorney asap

Have you tried getting your records sealed?

USCIS is able to see everything before granting you the benefit... He was a minor so idk!

Contact an attorney and have him look at your record.

I'll definitely contact an attorney hopefully it'll all be fine but if not I'll still be happy that others will have the opportunity.

I don't get how people get themselves in these sorts of problems. After checking out his reasoning I feel bad for him, but again, why put yourself in that position if you are illegal? I just don't get it.
