Anyone ever thought about buying foreclosed houses? under 100k? that is what I will do.... buy 2 or 3 houses and rent them. Eventually I wanna have 15-20 houses and just chill the fuck out

My firm specializes in distressed assets. Real estate isn't my forte, but a few guys I work with are incredibly smart in this industry. Thayer focuses on multi-unit housing that generates cash flow, and we use a series of metrics and analyses to determine if a property deserves a further look. There hasn't been a buying opportunity like this in decades.
