Can you tell us how safe it is to go there on vacation with DACA? would we ever need advance parole or is a state id enough?

Hawaii is a State. All you need is an ID/License. I plan on going someday soon.

I can't wait to go to Hawaii with my boyfriend once I get approved. He's been wanting me to go with him, but I have been too much of a chicken to try with my passport lol I know it's doable, but I did not want to risk it.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that all undocumented (including dreamers) are Mexican or Latino and they all just crossed the border to the US. Sure, many are Latinos but I would guess that almost as many are from the rest of the world but came under different circumstances so they blend in more and are scattered around the country mainland and otherwise. There are those whose parents were visa overstayers, political asylums that went wrong, parents who had temporary work that got laid off, etc.

So yes, I am 100% sure Hawaii has dreamers as well.

Lol, you can still go with your passport, I've went there once last year, and once this year and Ive only took my Mexican passport and nothing happened . Its a beautiful place to go to!
