Brand New was one of my---or probably still are--favorite bands up to this day, "The Devil and God are Raging Inside", is by far my favorite album, it's quiet a narrative for phase I lived through.
Now, the Black Keys are also cool "Little Black Submarine", catchy as hell. Love it when they get played at the gym I go to.
Now--Circa, I remember a few of their songs, vaguely enough. I hope you've listened to, "The Sounds of Animals Fighting", quiet in the same tonal breath, if I may add...

I'm all over the place with music. I'll listen to anything as long as it sounds good to me. I've recently gotten really into reggae thanks to my BFF, but I'm into Broadway musical songs (don't judge me), 70s rock, Spanish ballads (no one kills it like Jose Luis Perales man...), classical, and 90s rock and pop music for the most part (the first mixtape I ever made feature Hootie and the Blowfish, Fastball, The Wallflowers, Sonic, New Radicals, Oasis, etc) . I like some rap and hip hop as well...who else remembers belting out Jay-Z's "It's a Hard Knock Life" at the top of their lungs when they were kids? Lol.
And of course, who can forget Frankie Sinatra?
Moreover, I absolutely fell in LOVE with Marlon Brando's voice in "Guys and Dolls". Listening to his rendition of "Luck be a Lady" brings me to my happy place .
