I've just received the I-797 C Notice of Action letters and Biometrics appointment for 01/03/2013 @ 1 pm. Can I just go tomorrow to get it out of the way or what do you guys recommend?

I got mine for 1/10/12 at 11am but I'm aiming for a walk-in on wednesday...hope I get it in because the office I have to go to is an hour away and my gf will be my ride and may be busy with her teaching stuff on that date...IDK is they'll allow me to take them but worth a try.

Cool im about to head over right now, hopefully they accept me 16 day earlier hehe.

Just got done with Biometrics! The security lady had me wait until 9 but it was worth the wait!

Did you tell them about your error? did you fill out the bio metrics sheet correctly?

What error are you talking about? I filled the worksheet correctly with just my first last name and under other names used i put both my last names.

Mine is nebraska center also, and I was happy not the vermont center when i received the letter. But I feel sad now
