You have a big advantage on your mailman...you know how he looks, you know how he dresses, and you can know his paper route. You need to just get binoculars, stalk him til you know him...then do him like a hawk does a snake.

Do you have approval notice, my lawyer told me approval notice is even more important then EAD. If you have approval notice then I don't see why you have to reapply.

Probably because she needs the ead to idk, get a job or apply for a license.

They tell you the next step are biometrics but your first ones are good. They use ones that are within 18 months of taking them last i believe.

I need the EAD to get my social-- then license. The notice is worthless.

You will need approval notice to replace your EAD and Just to let you know my state DMV office need both in order get your DL and its one of 13 states that met Real Id standar, so don't take approval notice lightly.

Their timeframe is 3 months, so about 1 1/2 more months.
Correct, my state does not require that.

I just received my appointment for the biometrics again and I called and they said I had to take them even if it was a replacement. then I explained that it said on the website that I did not have to take them again and they just said it was not her decision to take the biometrics again or not.
