This is not based on the new guidelines yet, although you can still apply for AP, no problem.

New and updated I-131 form for DACA approved people is not out yet. You can use the guidelines above to still apply in case of an emergency though.

DREAMers have already applied for AP and gotten approved. One DREAMer from DAP even shared her experience going to Mexico and returning with AP with no problems
