To answer your question: NO

1. School Reason
2. Work Reasons
3. Family trageties

Wedding does NOT qualify for AP

AP with DACA or AP with DA Until USCIS comes out and defines it for us regarding DACA, it still the same thing.

Family tragedies are advance parole worthy, this video shows how a family wedding is a tragedy, show the immigration officer this video on your way back to the U.S. , problem officer?

as far as i know the two people that were granted AP came back safely and USCIS mentioned in the proposed provisions that if you have unlawful presence it's not a problem so i think by May they would publish those instructions for sure. in the mean time you should apply for AP cos it takes 3 MONTHS! besides a green card ur only way of travelling is AP nothing else....

I mean, IF the Dream Act passes in a month or two (which I doubt it will), you might have a slight chance and by slight I mean <5% because we have no idea how the DA would play out. Since you're already approved for DACA maybe the process for DA will be faster than others who aren't approved, maybe they might approve you for DA right away because you were already approved for DACA. They MIGHT offer AP for people who are pending approval for DA, but we don't know that yet. But I seriously doubt you'll make that wedding. Tell your cousin to send some pictures for you. I think you'll be able to visit your cousin soon though, in about a year or two, because I think DA will pass by then. And you'll have plenty room to get your Green Card or Permanent Residency and visit Poland. DA will allow you (I hope) to leave the US without an AP since DA will grant you PR or GC.

Lol Jesus, peeps keep going off about AP haha

OP: There's almost zero chance you'll have a green card by may. Even if you married a USC right now or joined the army right now somehow, the process still takes Atleast 4- 6 months

Tell your cousin you will definitely come. If she's dumb enough to send an invite to someone in US illegally (ie. someone who WON'T attend her shitty wedding because they won't get back into US) she deserves to have an empty seat just sitting there costing money.

You guys are ALL SO Rude. this is hurting me, and my cousin knows nothing about US laws, she lives in POLAND for God's sakes, she understands my position, and I'm sure she would like me at her wedding as well, but its NOT A big deal, like I said, I know I probably won't go so I'm not getting my hopes up but I just wanted opinions, and you guys just made me feel even worse!
