DACA while in Removal Proceedings Thread - Page 2

Not based of daca yet DHS is more incline to join on a motion to admin close on cases were daca is pending. We haven't had anyone approved for daca yet. We have successfully terminated proceeding with approved I-130 when their relief is AOS.

Nah im the paralegal and I say we because really I'm doing the motions the attorney just signs them and presents them to the court, I do the prosecutorial discretion packets, 42b-42a, EOIR-26. And other forms so yeah we seemed fitting my bad.

I was just curious because I thought a lawyer was interested to visit this forum and make posts.
