It's safe, u don't need a passport to go to PR...it's US Territory

I just came back from PR! It is absolutely safe, no US customs or anything like that!!
I went there for a week from Jan 13-17. PR is US territory, it's like flying to NYC.

you can travel to Puerto Rico with state ID or DL without any issues. One DREAMer successfully did that. Here is his story
