Most likely because it talks about 2 years in higher education or 4 years in the military

Let me make a personal fact-check list:

*I came to the U.S. in 1992 (check)
*I graduated from high school (check)
*I graduate with a B.S. in Business Management this May (check)
*I am a DACA beneficiary (check)

Lawful status here i come! (:

if you were DACA approved, you don't even need the qualifactions of this version of the Dream Act as , being DACA approved is enough for green cards!!!

So does that mean [RPI and then greencard/citizenship] or straight to [greencard and then citizenship]?

I only ask because on page 111 lines 13 & 14:

"(i) has been a registered provisional immigrant for at least 5 years"

which is a requirement that DACA recipients have not met.

Ok ? I don't see why they would let someone that was not DACA approved join the forces & someone that's was not let them join

The text is not clear if that means DACA'ers get PR right away or if "streamlined procedures" just means that you won't have to submit all the evidence again and get approved like before--a more streamlined process to apply but still have to fulfill the 5 year Registered Provisional Immigrant requirement.
