and this is the exact spot where they start to self sabotage themselves, when groups like that start saying that they will not accept these 'mediocre bills' and they have this 'im too good for this sort of law' mentality.. shoudnt they be happy that theres at least some sort of hope? it may not be for everyone but its some sort of hope...

He believed that community college was too expensive for illegals and that they were too stupid to go to college
