Not that I agree with the actions of this activist group, if they did in fact take it to that extreme, but I find this news a bit suspect because it's only representing Kobach's side of the story and the Secretary of State who is a "staunch supporter of the 2nd amendment".

I mean seriously, this article has all your typical fear-mongering shit: scary illegals and some shit about guns. And please, somebody like this asswipe Kobach is not beyond exaggerating to invoke the ire of people who agree with his views.

There is not even one line in this article from the Sunflower Community Action's perspective. Maybe they couldn't be contacted; maybe they will respond with that statement. But I would take this with a grain of salt.

Any action taken to the extreme is unacceptable, so if this activist group did do that, then shame on them.

First amendment only applies to the government. Private companies and other individuals can limit your freedom of speech as much as they please. In other words you can stand on a corner and yell "[racial group here] is fucking garbage that ruins America", the government can't do anything about that, but don't be surprised if you get punched in your face by someone else.

You might get arrested for disturbing the peace if you yell that out

This guy is a grade A asshole who has made us public enemy number one, but I'm not sure this is a good idea given it's his house. Now that they made their point, they should let it go and focus on passing this bill. If this bill passes, Kobach will be insignificant.

Wow, I would have released the hounds on those disrespectful a-holes. Then call the cops and have them arrested for trespassing.

Pretty much. People have the right to be as close minded and racist as they want. It's what makes the USA a great place to be. We cant just be entering peoples houses for not having the same ideologies as us.
