Any June Applicants - Page 2

Was scheduled for a San Jose biometrics appointment until the end of this month but I drove to San Francisco and did a walk-in. Waiting to be called up took 20 mins and the actual fingerprinting and photo took about 3 mins. Very fast and everyone was courteous. Good luck to everyone of us late DACA bloomers!

Same thing here i was schedule for Santa Rosa but decided to go to Oakland since i heard they allowed walk ins mine took the same time as yours in less than 30 minutes i was out really nice people i heard about San Francisco allowing walk ins but Oakland is closer to my job. Good luck to you we have a similar timeline

Hello everyone!

I've been reading the forums for some time and I figured now was the time to join. My sister and I both applied in June at the same time and here's our timeline:

• Sent: June 7th, 2013
• Received: June 8th, 2013 Arizona Lockbox
• Accepted: June 14th, 2013 – Routed to Nebraska
• Biometrics appointment letter received: June 27th, 2013
• Biometrics done: June 11th( No Walk-In)

Now we're both playing the waiting game like the rest of you. I do hope we get approved on a prompt manner and aren't stuck waiting 8+ months though. We'll just have to wait and see.

Biometrics Done: 7/23
Case Approved: Awaits

Let's see I've noticed that all june applications were routed to nebraska we will probably be approved around the same dates

I'm a July applicant, I just got my receipts in the mail yesterday, any idea how long before I get my biometrics appointment?

I received my receipts within 10 days of sending my application but my bio letter took about a month ( application sent on June 26th and bio letter arrived July 29th). I had started to worry since it seems most got theirs within 2 or 3 weeks but it eventually got here.

Application sent: June 12th
Routed to Nebraska
USCIS Acceptance comfirmation: June 19th
Biometrics Letter: July 4th
Biometrics date and Arrival (no walk in): July 23rd 12:00PM (Took me 15 minutes)
Approval: On God's hands....

Im leaving everything on God's Hands! Good luck June applicants and lets hope we get approval quick!

From what I've heard, it takes approximately (1) one month (if backgrounds comes back ok) for people to get approval... so lets pray that it does!

Does anyone know what exactly they're looking for in the background check? Is it just criminal or do they also look into credit history, employment history etc...?
