Having the attitude of a fearless inquisitive child will accelerate her learning ability.

Wish her a good learning experience

I cannot say that it will work for her, but like YoGi said, there are far cheaper ways (even free) to learn a language. There is no reason to spend money of any kind for school. However, one of the benefits of taking classes is that she will have a pool of students at her level with whom she can practice. On the other hand, she is fortunate to be living in a country of the language she is interested in learning. Even without a classroom environment, she can find many native speakers that would be more than happy to help her or practice speaking English, including yourself.
Have you achieved fluency in any of your chosen languages, which method do you prefer, how many hours did you invest per day for your chosen languages, also did you utilize any accelerated learning techniques?

I have tried the Michel Thomas method for Spanish, it was straight forward and simple, I've learned and retained more in 3hours from the listening lessons than I did from investing 2hrs per day on Rosettastone for a week.
