Cannot apply for or receive a traveling document authorizing travel outside of the US;
This portion of your re-formulation of dream I disagree on, because, many "dreamers" are pursuing a bachelors degree in international relations, most of these majors require that the student travel outside of the U.S. as part of the curriculum. Maybe modify this to: Person with student visa cannot leave the U.S. with out first having written reauthorization from the Dept of homeland security, holder of student visa cannot leave the U.S. for more than 6 months. Something to this matter

I do agree but we must take into consideration if this bill will leave out many students, If this bill is made like this, many who do not qualify will not fight for it, thats a concern we must take into consideration

What happens after 5 years? Do we go back to illegal status if we don't do something within 5 years?

i have to oppose this bill. Tell me has there been any arguements from opponents to lower the entry age???? Under the immigration system, anyone under the age of 16 is considered a MINOR. That is why the entry age has always been 15 and lower.
amen... a 14-15 year olds are also minors and dragged along with their parents regardless of wat they think/want/etc.

*i believe that 15 and under should be eligible.
* we need a 6 year authorization to accomplish the 250 hours of community work or military.(we have to work hard to pay for college, some of us might have a child, some of us could get in an accident and they will need time to heal) i say 6 not 5.

*take out the
* i won't agree with this>(B) cannot:
a. apply for or receive a traveling document authorizing travel outside of the US; why? cuz some of us have families and we will need them to visit them or we might be traveling to another country for studies or other Serious reasons.

*i would add that dreamers can't apply for fafsa for 3 years or never. This would make it more easier to pass. Then Sen. Session won't say that we are taking their money.

With the old bill we were never allowed to apply for federal grants. Only loans and work-study programs.

Mark my words, one day the US government will be willing to pay thousands of dollars to people like you just for you to stay here and work, rather than moving to Europe. Immigrants have been the driving force behind this economy. You guys, educated here and raised as Americans, will no doubt be a top priority for this government once the worker shortage kicks in. The xenophobes and racists are killing the American economy by making us less competitive. That I guarantee u.
sadly by the time America wakes up and realizes that we love her as much as her citizens, want to serve her, are hard working, dedicated, educated and worth keeping, most of us will be in Europe or CA.
