In light of the recent news about AB540 in CA, I am taking the liberty of sticky-ing this thread so that it is readily accessible for ALL members to use for retaliatory arguments against trolls.

Also, if members could use excerpts from Rahman's original post to debate in-state tuition for DREAMies on the articles YGAA posts, it would be fabulous!
