I agree. You guys gave great advice! And yes, you are right, my attorney gave me a clearance sheet and I was went through with it without any complications; I used my SSN and State I.D for the Drivers License. It will be really weird if I did give them my Passport or Birth Certificate, I will have a back up copy of my Country's Passport just in case but I will just forward them my xerox of State I.D and EID. I think it was list A or B that permits this and I believe it's sufficient enough.

Do people really not read? Unless it's a federal or so job, the only thing he needs for the I-9 is the EAD card (I've said this I don't know how many times). If he's gonna drive (which I don't think) then he needs his DL, but that's it. He does NOT need to bring everything including the kitchen sink.
