did you hire a Lawyer? Did you do a Walk-in for your Biometrics or did you go in As Scheduled? Do you have a Criminal Record or are you Clean?
So if you got appoved on Oct 4 than that means that USCIS is working and processing applications even though the Government Shut Down,, well than thats good then..
